1. Who we are

Oracafe is a symbolic coffee-reading service operated by Akullnaja sh.p.k. In this policy, “Oracafe,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Akullnaja sh.p.k.

2. Data we collect

Account and identity data

• Firebase account identifier and authentication status.
• A temporary anonymous account identifier when you use Oracafe without connecting Google.
• If you choose Google sign-in: your Google account email address and display name made available through Google sign-in.

Reading and ritual data

• The coffee-reading result generated for you, including title, summary, symbols, focus text, creation date, and reading type.
• Your reading-library records and related access state, such as Welcome Ritual use, credits, and Plus status where those features are available.

Coffee images

• Images you upload for a coffee reading, including cup interior and saucer images.
• We use these images to validate that they are usable coffee-reading photos and to generate your requested reading.
• Uploaded coffee images are not displayed or retained in your ritual library as saved reading content.

Technical and service data

• Device, operating-system, app-version, language, IP-address, security, diagnostic, and network information generated when you use the app or website.
• Basic activity information needed to operate the service, detect abuse, resolve errors, and protect accounts.

Advertising data

• Where ads are shown, advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and technical data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent handling.

Purchase data

• If purchases are enabled, we may process product identifiers, purchase status, entitlement status, transaction references, and renewal or cancellation events.
• We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Support communications

• Information you send to us by email, including your email address, request details, attachments, and correspondence history.

3. How we use data

• To create, save, and display your requested coffee readings.
• To maintain your account, ritual library, credits, and subscription access.
• To process optional Google sign-in and preserve account continuity.
• To detect invalid uploads, fraud, abuse, technical faults, and security issues.
• To respond to support, privacy, deletion, and account requests.
• To deliver and measure advertising where advertisements are enabled.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases for processing

Depending on your location and the processing activity, we rely on:

• Contract: where processing is necessary to provide a reading, account feature, credit balance, subscription, or requested support.
• Consent: where required for advertising, optional cookies, certain device identifiers, or other optional processing.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service reliability, diagnostics, and protection of our rights.
• Legal obligation: where retention or disclosure is required by law.

5. Service providers and sharing

We share data only where needed to operate Oracafe, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

• Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, database, account records, security, and related infrastructure.
• OpenAI: coffee images and relevant request content are sent through our backend for image validation and generation of requested readings.
• Google AdMob: advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and advertising-consent functions where ads are enabled.
• Google Play and RevenueCat: purchase validation, subscription status, credits, and entitlement management once billing is enabled.
• Hosting, security, and email providers: operation, support, monitoring, and communication infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not permit third parties to use your reading content for their independent marketing purposes.

6. AI processing

Oracafe uses automated systems to interpret coffee-ground patterns and generate symbolic reading text. These readings are made for entertainment and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice, and they do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Coffee images and relevant reading requests are processed through our backend and external AI infrastructure to provide the service. We do not use your uploaded coffee images as public content or place them in your saved ritual library.

7. Advertising and consent

Oracafe may display ads through Google AdMob. Where required by applicable law, including for users in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will request consent before processing personal data for advertising and provide a way to review or change privacy choices.

8. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

When paid features are available, purchases are processed by the applicable app store and payment infrastructure. For Android, this includes Google Play. We may use RevenueCat to manage purchase status and access entitlements.

We do not store full payment-card details. We receive only the limited purchase information needed to confirm credits, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and access status.

9. Data retention

• Account and reading-library data: retained while your account remains active or until deletion is requested, subject to lawful retention requirements.
• Coffee images: processed to validate and generate a requested reading and not retained as part of your saved reading library. Temporary processing and provider retention may occur where technically necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service delivery.
• Purchase records: retained as necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and store requirements.
• Support requests: retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain required records.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process information in Kosovo, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including contractual protections made available by relevant providers.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

You may request deletion of your Oracafe account and associated saved readings through our dedicated account-deletion page:

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data. Some information may remain where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or app-store compliance reasons.

13. Children

Oracafe is not directed to children under 16. Do not use Oracafe if you are under 16, unless a higher minimum age applies where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable minimum age.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect data, including access controls, authenticated services, and protected infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Oracafe changes, including when we add payments, new reading types, advertising functions, or new service providers. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Oracafe, including orakafe.com and any Oracafe mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Do not use Oracafe if you do not agree to them.

2. What Oracafe provides

Oracafe provides AI-assisted symbolic coffee readings, reading-library features, educational symbolic content, and related digital services. The service is designed for entertainment and reflection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Oracafe, or meet a higher minimum age required where you live. By using Oracafe, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and can enter into this agreement.

4. Accounts and guest access

Oracafe may create a temporary guest account when you first use the app. You may optionally connect a Google account to preserve access to your saved readings and future entitlements across devices.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your connected account.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account or reading library.
• We may limit or suspend account access where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

5. Your uploaded content

You may upload coffee-cup images solely to request an Oracafe reading. You retain your rights in your images. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process those images only as needed to validate the images, generate your requested reading, operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You must not upload content that:

• belongs to someone else without permission;
• is unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or infringes another person’s rights;
• contains malicious code or is intended to disrupt the service;
• is submitted to probe, attack, reverse-engineer, or misuse our systems.

6. Readings and content limits

Oracafe may reject images that are not usable coffee-reading photos, including unrelated images, empty cups, screenshots, selfies, unreadable images, or photos without visible grounds or residue.

We may modify, improve, remove, or temporarily suspend reading formats, symbols, features, availability, and generated output without guaranteeing that a specific feature will remain available at all times.

7. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

Some Oracafe features may require credits or an active subscription. Purchase options, prices, included benefits, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm a purchase.

• Credits are digital access units for use in Oracafe. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Subscriptions renew automatically only where stated at purchase and remain subject to the applicable app-store terms.
• For Android purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Google Play and subject to applicable law and Google Play policies.
• We do not store full payment-card details.
• We may correct obvious pricing, technical, entitlement, or product-display errors where legally permitted.

8. Advertising

Oracafe may display third-party ads, including native ads integrated into informational or completed-reading areas. Ads are provided by third-party advertising partners. We do not control all advertising content and do not endorse advertisers or their products.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Oracafe unlawfully or in violation of another person’s rights;
• interfere with security, authentication, payments, ads, or access controls;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload, probe, or copy the service;
• circumvent credits, subscriptions, paywalls, or entitlement controls;
• misrepresent Oracafe readings as professional advice or guaranteed outcomes;
• use the service to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm another person.

10. Intellectual property

Oracafe, its branding, interface, software, text, design, visual identity, content structure, and service features are owned by Akullnaja sh.p.k. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use Oracafe for your personal, lawful use only. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Oracafe without written permission.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep Oracafe available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be unavailable because of updates, maintenance, provider outages, security measures, network failure, device incompatibility, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracafe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that readings will be accurate, complete, personally suitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at a particular time.

You remain responsible for your choices and decisions. Do not rely on Oracafe for emergency, legal, medical, financial, or safety matters.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akullnaja sh.p.k. and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or reliance on generated readings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Oracafe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created security risk, attempted fraud, misused payments or ads, or used Oracafe unlawfully.

You may request deletion of your account and saved reading data through our account-deletion page.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms when the service changes, including when new reading types, purchases, subscription options, advertising, or platform features are introduced. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, except where mandatory consumer-protection or privacy laws in your country require otherwise. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Kosovo unless applicable law gives you a different right.

How to request deletion

Use the button below to send an account-deletion request. Include the email address connected through Google Sign-In, if you connected one. Guest users can state that they used Oracafe without Google Sign-In.

What we delete

After reasonable verification where necessary, we delete the Oracafe account and associated saved reading-library data. Some limited records may remain only where required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, or app-store obligations.
